For this Company we have built a lot of rules; the system manages multiple routes booking for passengers, cars and trucks. Reservations are managed with BEST PRICE rates and special formulas (e.g. 100,000 places to 1, PAX + CAMPER, etc).
Direct customers can buy tickets on line paying with credit card. The Main Server resides in Company CED and is connected via Internet in order to allow TVA (approximately 5000) operations. Another useful feature is the control authorities access (Police, Customs, etc.). FastBOOK manage BILLS OF LOADING and MANIFEST OF CARGO for commercial vehicles. Check-in operations are managed directly by the Company using bar codes printed on boarding cards. Only for vehicles departing from Genoa, check-in is carried out by Stazioni Marittime Spa via dedicated interface. During navigation it is possible to acquire accomodation up-grade since FastBOOK runs ship synchronization procedures.

The Company price list is very complex. EdlaneViaggi (COMANAV GSA for Italy) is our end user and manages its own TVA network and it has choosen FastBOOK in Total Rental formula.

The ticket offices emits Travel Titles who are converted in BOARDING CARD.
The BOARDING CARDS are printed by special label printers. Booking movements, timetables and journeys changes very often and FastBOOK is very effective in managing this. Also in this case direct customer can buy tickets on line paying with credit card.
