MEDMAR – TRAGHETTI POZZUOLI provides transport services from and to the Gulf of Naples for passengers, private and commercial vehicles. The system handles about 13000 rides per year, for a total of about 1.8 millions passengers.
Ticketing is fulfilled by a Call Center, Agencies (B2B) Web (B2C) as well as by the 5 port box offices in Naples, Pozzuoli, Ischia, Casamicciola, Procida. Beyond that, a direct link to third parties multicompany booking gateways is provided.
The Company offers Internet WI-FI access for the passengers during the journey. This service is activated by a pin with expiry date printed on each ticket. Fastbook has been implemented in order to automatically receive the pin codes produced by the Internet satellite navigation system.
